Red House Farm suffered a blow at Stocksfield who had Gav
Watt and Philip Davison hit the net with Patrick Collins hitting the reply.
Darren Riddell shot Ashington Colliers ahead against Carlisle City and although Darren Addison
levelled from the spot, the black and whites won it when Joe Moscrop drilled
home.
Lee Hamilton was on target for Killingworth Station but
Whitley Bay A took a point with a Dillon Blake shot and Percy Main came from
behind to draw an exciting game with Northbank.
Nicky Routledge bagged a brace for the Cumbrians and Ricky
James got the other with Chris Laidlaw and two Jordan Miller penalties in a
minute levelling things up.
John Paxton, Ben Fenwick, Justin Millican and Jordan Nellis
beat the keeper for Wallington as they came from behind to beat Seaton Delaval.

but goals from Anthony Studholme, Sam Grieves and Matty Hayton took the

Danny McDonald were on target with Dan Robinson striking twice for hosts
Heddon.
Liam Donnelly hit a hat-trick in Whitburn’s narrow win over
West Allotment Celtic A, with Nathan Capeling also beating the keeper while
Ryan Taylor (2), Lee Dundas and Peter Murray crashed in for Alnwick Town
Reserves as they won a mid-table clash at Grainger Park,
whose scorers were Kirk Flemming, Nathan Lowdon and Shaun Young.
Northumberland FA Minor Cup Round 2
The majority of Northern Alliance
clubs celebrated big wins to advance in the Northumberland FA Minor Cup.
Newcastle Philosophers United were left with plenty to
ponder as Cullercoats hit double figures to ease into round three while Jonathon
McEnaney struck four times in AFC Newbiggin’s comfortable victory over
Bohemians B. Kris Allington grabbed a brace and Michael Angus and Richard
Kennedy were also on target.
Aiden Bell netted a hat-trick for Newcastle Benfield
Reserves as they were also big winners against Fawdon Park United. Chris
Thompson (2), Stephen Thompson, Ben Jefferson (2) and Max Kirkham all got in on
the act.
Willington Quay Saints went behind at Ponteland United
reserves through a Carl McGuire own goal but hit back with strikes from John
Foggett, Ryan Ferrier and Liam Taylor to advance.
Paul McLean slammed home a hat-trick as Hexham beat Embleton
WR. Mike Robson, Gav Cox and Mark Gibson were also on the scoresheet for the
Tynedalers while Sword bagged a brace in Longbenton’s victory over Seghill.
Anthony Brown, Robert Woods and Pete Webster got the others.
Calum Donahoe (3), John Barrett (2), Ross MacKay and Ian
Sinclair netted for Bedlington Terriers Reserves as they thumped FOWS Diggers
and Kyle Richardson hit two as Cramlington United beat Duns. Mark Nicholson got
the other.
James Jeffrey (2) and Stuart Bertram netted Wooler’s goals
in their victory at Craster Rovers.
Hexham’s Paul McLean crashed in a hat-trick in the
Tynedalers win over Embleton WR, with Mike Robson, Gav Cox and Mark Gibson
getting the rest.
Chris Sword (2), Anthony Brown, Robert Woods and Pete
Webster scored for Longbenton as they saw off Seghill and High Howdon pulled
off a surprise in an all-Alliance affair at New Fordley with goals from Chris
Marshall, Chris Phillips and Jason Walsh – Zak Tully and Lee Waugh replying.
Newcastle Uni were also surprise winners in an all-Alliance
tie at North Shields Athletic with Jake Salisbury’s double putting them
through. John Wyres replied.
Liam Anderson and Craig Cook both fired hat-tricks as
Ponteland United demolished Fawdon
Park. Andrew Davidson,
Stepehn Rae and Dan Wright were also on target and Ryan Spragg grabbed a treble
for Seaton Burn in their win over Lynemouth Anglers. Andrew Bennett, Andrew
Miley and Chris Baker also found the back of the net.
Steve McLaughlin (3), Dan Sherliker (2), Craig Jones and Gaz
Murphy were Newcastle Chemfica’s scorers as they came from behind to beat
Heddon St Andrews.
Wideopen were dumped out 1-0 by West
Jesmond and although Wallsend Boys Club had David Coulson, Aiser
Goyenchea and Nicky Whitelaw on target, goals from Chris Graham, Matty Graham,
Liam Brooks and Josh Hay put Shilbottle CW into the next round.

Rutherford went ahead at
Coxhoe Athletic when Mark McMeekin slammed in, but the hosts hit five in reply
and Hebburn Reyrolle went down 3-0 at Coundon & Leeholme.
Gateshead Redheugh were left to fly the Alliance flag in the
competition as Ryan Davenport hit a hat-trick and Liam Henderson (2), and Andy
May, Kev Hay, Robert Frame and John Dewhirst got the others in a 9-3 victory
over Wingates.

FA Minor Cup
Dan Igo and Simon Hill scored for Swalwell in their 5-2
defeat at Tyne View.
