Premier Division
Sean Taylor’s late leveller gave Amble United a point at
Seaton Delaval as they fought back from 3-1 down.
Taylor
had given the Seasiders a lead which was cancelled out by strikes from Kevin
Westphal, Michael Scott and Joseph Danquah.
Josh Hay gave United hope in the 80th minute and
five minutes later Taylor
struck.
Daniel Beresford grabbed a hat-trick in Blyth Town’s
4-1 win at Walker Central which moved unbeaten Town up to fourth spot.
Graeme Heath got the other while Alex Clafton slammed in for
Central.
Scott Pocklington is back at Percy Main and he netted twice
in a seven-goal thriller at Stocksfield. Mark Richardson and Michael Crane got
the others with Chris Hall (2) and Glen Caygill netting for the Griffins.
Carlisle
City’s Dan Bulman went
from hero to zero as he headed in twice during an awesome first half display
against Killingworth Sporting – then was shown red for a second bookable
offence.
Kyle Armstrong, Brandon Longcakes and Sean Bannon got the
others as City raced into a 5-0 lead but the visitors were much-improved after
the break and Theo Raynor hit a consolation.
Shankhouse moved out of the basement with a good win over Wallsend Town. Connor Andrews netted from a
narrow angle to get them on their way and Philip Cartwright added number two.
Paul Armstrong tucked away a cross from six yards to complete the scoring late
on.
Kicks Leisure George Dobbins League Cup
Heaton Stannington booked a semi-final berth with a 3-1 win
over Hebburn Reyrolle.
Anthony Johnson and Lee Chapman found the net for the black
and whites before Jonathon Yip fired in for the visitors.
Jonathon Wright added a third in the 90th minute
to seal the win.

David Tweed struck twice for Grainger Park
as they saw off Alston to go into round Two.
Robert Jefferson notched the other for the West Enders, with
Mark Wright and Ryan Potts notching for the visitors.
Division One
John Paxton, Justin Millican and Jordan Nellis were on
target for Wallington as they beat promotion rivals Cramlington Town
and went top of the table.
Steven Elsey netted for Town.
Richard Kent’s treble gave Ponteland United a great win over
Bedlington Terriers Reserves. Daniel Wright added the other while Dylan
Williamson notched a consolation and goals from Kev Hay (2) and Lee Laidler
earned Gateshead Redheugh three valuable points at Heddon.
Division Two
Blyth Isabella’s Kris Allington dismantled basement side
Cramlington United with a four goal haul.
Curtis Miller and Jake Miller piled on the agony while Colin
Winfield pulled one back and Robert Brown lashed in a hat-trick for Longbenton
as they beat Swalwell. Tony Woods added the other.
Goals from Alnwick Town Reserves’ Stephen Hogg and Chris
Kidd gave them the points against Wideopen, who replied through Ross Dickenson.
NFA Minor Cup
Forest Hall saw off a strong challenge from North Shields
Athletic to go into round four with goals from Dan McDonald (2) and Dan
Sherliker in a 3-2 success. Scott Jasper and Ant Errington were on target for Athletic.
New Fordley went into round five as Lee Waugh (2), Andrew
Waugh and Ben Davison were on the scoresheet at Cullercoats Reserves in a 4-3
win. Liam Heenan and Thomas North scored for Hexham as they sent last season’s
finalists Newcastle Chemfica Independent out. Chris Homans pulled one back.
Cullercoats won 5-3 at Newcastle Medicals and goals from Martin Soulsby and Lee
Brady earned Red House Farm a spot in the fifth round as they beat Newcastle
Uni.
